While some parts of the country are experiencing temperatures in the triple digits, others are already seeing snow.
A Facebook post from the New Hampshire State Parks announced the closure of Mount Washington State Park on Thursday as park officials experienced "full winter conditions at the summit this morning."
“A little snow accompanied by temperatures in the mid-20s today, winds up to 60 mph, and wind chill values in the single digits remind us that winter comes early at the top of New England!,” the post from the state parks read.
With a peak of 6,288.2 feet, Mount Washington is the highest in the Northeastern U.S.
